Welcome to My Nirvana Care.
These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for booking, attending, and engaging with our wellness retreat services. By using our website or participating in our retreats, you agree to comply with these terms.


1. Bookings & Reservations

  • All bookings for weekend retreats (Thursday–Sunday) must be made through our official website or an authorized representative of My Nirvana Care.
  • A booking is confirmed only after full payment or a deposit has been received.
  • Once confirmed, you will receive an email with retreat details, check-in times, and package inclusions.

2. Payment Policy

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Payment can be made securely online through our approved payment gateways.
  • We do not store any credit or debit card information on our servers.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change.

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund or reschedule (subject to availability).
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
  • In the rare case that My Nirvana Care cancels a retreat (e.g., weather, facility issues), guests will be offered a full refund or a transfer to another available date.

4. Retreat Policies

  • Retreat programs run from Thursday afternoon to Sunday evening. Guests are encouraged to arrive on time for check-in and orientation.
  • Activities, meal plans, and schedules may vary based on the package theme and seasonal offerings.
  • My Nirvana Care reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the schedule without prior notice to ensure quality and safety.
  • Guests are expected to maintain a respectful environment for other participants and staff.

5. Health & Safety

  • By attending a retreat, you confirm that you are in suitable physical and mental health to participate in wellness activities.
  • Please inform our team of any allergies, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions before arrival.
  • Participation in any physical activity (such as yoga, meditation, or fitness sessions) is at your own discretion and risk.
  • My Nirvana Care will not be held responsible for any personal injury, illness, or loss of personal belongings.

6. Use of Personal Data

We respect your privacy.
All personal data collected during bookings or communication is handled according to our Privacy Policy.


7. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, photographs, written content, and other materials on our website and retreats are the property of My Nirvana Care and are protected under copyright laws.
Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.


8. Code of Conduct

  • Respect fellow guests, staff, and the peaceful nature of the retreat.
  • Smoking, alcohol, and substance use are strictly prohibited within retreat premises.
  • My Nirvana Care reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the premises if behavior is found disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and comfort, My Nirvana Care is not liable for any unforeseen injury, loss, or damage that occurs during your participation, except where required by law.


10. Changes to Terms

My Nirvana Care may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
